Form-based Workflow

New to KMx is task generation based upon form submission values. This new feature allows form evolution to drive work flow by ensuring that tasks are generated and assigned to move form status to completion.

Improved Form Validation

Form authors now have the ability to create requirement groups to ensure that conditionally required fields are properly inputted. For example, a form author can require that a "Mobile Phone" field is only required when the "Preferred Method of Communication" is equals to "Mobile Phone". This handy feature increases the control the form author has over the form submission process and increases data reliability.

Quick Categoriziation of New Tags

Adding tags just got more powerful. Now new tags can be quick categorized when they are added to items without the additional step of editing the tags.

Color coded tasks by sublevels

This new feature allows each account owner to color code tasks by their depth in the task tree. As many colors and depths can be configured as desired. For instance, all second level (one parent level) tasks can be configured to be green, while third level tasks can be set to display as red. This color distinction makes it easy to visually separate nested requirements when viewing multiple task trees.

Improved form design

Now form elements can contain borders and background colors. Additionally, existing form elements can be quick-copied to save time.

Filter Memory

This convenient new addition remembers the last filter settings for each list and automatically applies them the next time the list is viewed, saving time for frequently used filters and making "back" and "forward" navigation even easier.

Non-billable Time

Time entries may now be marked with a non-billable distinction which excludes time entries from billing related tasks. This distinction makes it easy to display time entries for informational or overhead purposes while avoiding time write offs when it comes to billing.

"Primary" position assignment distinction

It is now possible to choose a single position assignment as a user's primary position for purposes of calculating billing rates and budget reporting. When employees occupy multiple titles, this feature provides an easy way to establish primary responsibilities and billing rates.

Improved budget organizing interface

The budget organizing view has been simplified by allowing the user to quickly hide or show task and budget item details.

Customizable form listing

Browsing submitted forms just got more powerful by allowing users to customize which form fields are displayed in the form submission list views. Try it out!

Improved form search functionality

New search filters have been added to the form search for more flexibility in finding the right forms.
